Randy Jones is a Southern California native and has been a business
professional in Southern California for over 28 years, giving him level
of professional management, education, and experience far above that
of most real estate industry professionals.
Randy has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Pepperdine
University in Malibu . He has served as a corporate executive and owned
his own privately held consulting practice in the area of Workers' Compensation,
showing employers how to manage their insurance programs to provide
the best possible care for their injured workers while reducing costs
and improving benefits to injured employees. He is also known for programs
that aggressively investigate and prosecute fraud and abuse in the Workers’
Compensation system. Randy's past clients and employers include First
Health, Community Care Network, Johnson and Higgins, Marsh McLennan,
Albertson’s Inc., ARCO, Princess Cruise Lines, Tenneco Inc., Continental
Airlines, Enron Corporation, Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation
Authority, Roadway Express, and Carl’s Jr., just to name a few.
Randy has successfully negotiated contracts worth hundreds of millions
of dollars and has a reputation for being a both fair and aggressive.
In the Real Estate industry, Randy has successfully negotiated and
closed a variety of interesting and complex real estate transactions
involving single family detached homes, condos, and residential ranches.

Randy is an active participant in numerous community service activities
and non-profit organizations including serving as Board member for the
Poway Real Estate Professionals Association, Board Member for the Poway
Valley Rider’s Association (PVRA), as well as member and active
participant in Poway Valley and Rancho Bernardo Chambers of Commerce.
Randy is also the District-Commissioner for the Poway Valley Pony Club

(PVRA).
